I have a couple things. Firstly I still feel contact when I shut my mouth in the new area. I don’t know if this is normal or I should just get used to it but it’s bothering me. I thought I’d give it a day and see if it stop bothering me, secondly the lady who did my work the cleaning in the original original examination was very good very professional but I was an impression. Dr. Z was going to do the final work and I don’t know. I was a little surprised.

I am a relatively new patient but I love Dr. Z and her team. I unfortunately had some very bad dental experiences but Dr. Z has been helping me through what I need done and not being scared of dentists. She's talented, smart, efficient and kind and her team are friendly, understanding and helpful. I drive up to 1.75 hours one way to her office!

This place is amazing. The beautiful lady at the front desk is always so pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The bathroom was clean, the waiting room had enough seating and television. The Hygienist are always so friendly and patient. The Doctor is always quick in the room and out. The appointment settings and follow up reminders are always so helpful. Six month visits keep My 32's from not turning into 23's.

Implant mold followed by cleaning went well as usual. 1-hour wait in between appointments was horrible and unacceptable. I was never told about that wait. That was a waste of my time. In fact I was told I would have only a 20 minute wait after first procedure. Very disappointed in staff.

I love the office and staff, but think there is room for improvement when it comes to educating patients up front so we don’t have to figure things out along the way. The staff are very nice and engaging, but it would have been nice to know prior to the service how much my out-of-pocket expenses would be. I had to pay a significant amount that I didn’t anticipate after the service was provided. For procedures that require multiple visits, it would also be nice to have someone explain the full lifecycle of the process so I understand how many visits it will take, how much time overall, and how much it will cost. This would be very helpful for planning. I don’t know what I don’t know about dental procedures and administrative operations, so when I’m asked if I have any questions, I don’t know what to ask.

The experience of having your teeth filled is never fun but the team at Allure Dental was great. The doctor gives the best shots..no pain.

Friendly staff. They also have Netflix when they clean you up. Pretty cool. Nida is the hygienist I see and recommend. Great at what she does and very detailed oriented.

I've been seeing Dr Z at the Allure Dental located in Fulton MD location for years. I can't give enough superlatives to describe Dr Z and her entire team! I would highly recommend for others to experience the difference this dental clinic provides. I'm probably not the easiest client to deal with since I really don't like going to a dentist. But every time I go they make me feel cared for with velvet gloves. 5 stars plus! Paul
